Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable and deposit is required on all bookings to secure the date and time of your bookings. However, in the event of a cancellation, If the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued , minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 10 business days before the scheduled event date.
