Plus, get two cold sparklers to create a truly magical experience If allowed in the venue. Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable and deposit is required on all bookings to secure the date and time of your bookings. However, in the event of a cancellation, If the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued , minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 10 business days before the scheduled event date.
